Terms and Conditions for the MelBet Bonus Campaign

Introduction

  • These terms and conditions (hereinafter - “Terms”) govern the rules for participation in the bonus campaign for MelBet partners (hereinafter - the “Campaign”), organized by Melbet (hereinafter - the “Organizer”).
  • Participation in the Campaign implies your full acceptance, as a Participant (hereinafter - the “Participant”), of these Terms. If participation in the Campaign is prohibited under the laws of your country of residence or citizenship, please leave this website immediately and notify your affiliate manager.

General Provisions

  • Only a partner of the Organizer who meets all of the following requirements may be the Participant:
    • is registered with the Organizer’s affiliate program, accessible via the following links: https://melbetpartners.com , https://melbetaffiliates.com , https://melbetaffnew.com , and has been assigned a unique affiliate identification number (ID) under that program (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate Program”) and satisfies one of the following eligibility categories:
      • registered on or after June 01, 2026, but before November 30, 2026,
      • registered before the Campaign commencement date and generated fewer than 100 FTD during each of June 2026 or July 2026;
    • cooperates with the Organizer on the basis of RevShare remuneration model (“Revenue share”, also named as “RevShare” - a pricing model based on a commission as a percentage of the Organizer’s profit derived from the Partner’s advertising services);
    • has reached the age of majority in accordance with the legislation of its jurisdiction;
    • conducts activities primarily in one or more of the following jurisdictions: Uganda, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Benin, Ghana, Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa), Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Nigeria, Cameroon, CAR, Togo, Niger, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Chad, Liberia.
  • Partners who meet the requirements set out above automatically become the Participant. Should the Participant not wish to take part in the Campaign, they shall notify their affiliate manager in order to be excluded from the list of the Campaign Participants. In such cases, all rights to receive Bonuses under this Campaign shall terminate, and any Bonus not yet awarded shall be forfeited.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice by publishing the updated version on the following link: https://mellinks.com/offer_melbet_africa (hereinafter - the “Landing”). Participation in the Campaign following the publication of any amendments shall be deemed to constitute full and unconditional acceptance of such amendments.
  • To the extent any matter is not expressly regulated by these Terms, the Organizer shall determine the applicable rules and procedures at its sole discretion.
  • Campaign period: September 01, 2026 – November 30, 2026.
  • Participation in the Campaign does not modify the terms of the Affiliate Program and does not create any continuing entitlement to Bonuses after the Campaign ends.

    • Bonus Eligibility and Payment Procedure

    • To qualify for a Bonus for a particular calendar month, the Participant must generate at least one hundred (100) First-Time Depositors (FTDs) with a minimum deposit amount of USD 1.30 each during the relevant calendar month.
    • Bonus calculations shall be completed no later than the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the month following the relevant reporting month. Following completion of such calculations, the Bonus shall be included in the Participant's next scheduled affiliate payment, unless otherwise communicated by the Organizer's affiliate manager. The Organizer reserves the right to verify all traffic, FTDs, deposits and any other activity relevant to Bonus calculations before awarding any Bonus. If the Organizer determines, at its sole discretion, that additional verification is required, the calculation and/or payment of the Bonus may be suspended until such verification has been completed, and any applicable payment deadlines shall be extended accordingly. The Organizer may adjust, reduce or cancel any Bonus where fraud, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, self-referrals, prohibited traffic or any manipulation affecting the Campaign results is identified. The Organizer reserves the right to correct any calculation, payment or administrative error at any time.

    Bonus coins
    • The maximum Bonus per Participant is 4,000 USD.
    • Bonuses are personal to the Participant and may not be assigned or transferred.
    • The Organizer's affiliate manager shall notify the Participant of any bonus awarded under these Terms. Within 7 (seven) calendar days following receipt of such notification, the Participant shall provide the cryptocurrency wallet address designated for receipt of the Bonus. If the Participant fails to provide the required wallet address within the such period, or otherwise fails to respond within such period, the Organizer shall have no obligation to pay the relevant Bonus unless otherwise determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

    Disclaimers

    • To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but no further), the Organizer and its representatives shall not be liable or responsible for:
      • any loss, delay, non-receipt, damage, illegibility or unreadability of notifications or other communications relating to this Campaign;
      • any taxes, duties, charges or other costs that the Participants may incur in connection with receiving Bonuses;
      • any consequences arising for a Participant as a result of taking part in the Campaign from a jurisdiction in which such participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

    Miscellaneous

    • The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:
      • the generation of low-quality or invalid traffic, including, without limitation, fraudulent activity, artificial traffic generation, or the use of traffic sources prohibited under the Affiliate Program;
      • a breach of these Terms and/or the rules of the Affiliate Program;
      • failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Campaign in the event of technical failures, force majeure events, or any other circumstances that render the Campaign impossible or impracticable to conduct, provided that the Participants are duly notified thereof.
    • All decisions of the Organizer made in connection with the administration of the Campaign and the determination of its results shall be final and binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal.
    • For the purposes of the Campaign, the Organizer does not collect any additional personal data specifically for the purposes of this Campaign. The Organizer uses solely the personal data previously provided by the Participants within the framework of the Organizer's Affiliate Program and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://melbetpartners.com/en/privacy. Such personal data shall be processed exclusively for the purposes of administering the Campaign and awarding the Bonuses.
